With a personal Board career spanning nearly 20 years, I bring a rare "both sides of the table" perspective, having extensive experience both in seeking and securing Board roles, and in the strategic recruitment of Board Members. |
My Story
I didn’t start at the top; my Board career began on community and grassroots committees. Over the past two decades in the Boardroom, having sat on both sides of the table as a director and in recruiting new Board Members, I’ve seen firsthand what sets successful candidates apart.
I channel those practical insights into my programs, resources, and one-on-one coaching to help ambitious professionals navigate the appointment process and land meaningful Board seats.

Why I Do It

My mission is to pull back the curtain on how Board appointments really work—giving aspiring directors the strategic clarity, positioning tools, and confidence they need to cut through the noise, stand out to decision-makers, and claim their seat at the table.
